HORRIBLE INTERNET PURCHASE

Banking system should be more easily accessible and user friendly to the users and clients - not for those bastard bankers and scammers.

I tried to subscribe to Socar and Gocar app to rent a car, but the app requested me my debit card details, the OTP of which was sent to the mobile number not registered to my internet banking account I am currently using.

Those bankers would always ask me to call the customer service line to activate the internet purchase using the card, but one of the banks when I called, the customer service number was like a robotic experimental bastard so to speak.

Why in the first place they need credit card or debit card details of a subscriber who needs to rent a car? Like bastard bankers and their associates who confiscated (rather than re-possessed cars) like hooligans and psychotic mutant bastards, nobody is aware that I needed the car, and if they knew it, they must have prepared so that I faced all the difficulties of not having a car or having access to a car.

Like I said before, even when the Prime Minister or the Governor of the Central Bank tries to call me, I will never trust them. I need a car, seriously I do not need bastards.

FAILED E-PERUMAHAN SYSTEM

Many KL Folks may have found it interesting to know how many foreigners are dwelling in PPR houses which are meant for lower income groups (citizens only). They may have wondered also why in any unit of house, there are also more than 5 inhabitants and sometimes when their kids got married, they live together in the same house for 2 generations.

I tried to log into the e-perumahan system to apply for a unit of house but one of the conditions : - the applicant must be between 18-35 years of age. Well for those who want to apply for a shop within the PPR vicinity, the conditions are more stringent regarding the documentations and surprisingly AEON CREDIT and CCRIS/CTOS perhaps may take charge for the pre-approval.

Doing business by locals during this period of time is challenging not because they cannot do business better than their foreign counterparts, but due to stupid documentations and requirement for clean indebtedness records by those bastard bankers and their associates. This is the reason why in every General Election, people would change MPs due to chronic application procedures for and living standard in those PPRs. One cannot say anything bad about their management let alone the conditions of those PPR houses.

The mentality to live in cramped size houses must be changed by those annoying MPs and bastard bankers & their associates. They have made their electorates as slaves to pay for those bills and they have taken their freedom for spacious places and living rooms too. And yet, they asked the locals information about their estates and indebtedness status to approve for housing schemes.

In an apartment of 2 rooms, there are 3 married couples with kids living in a cramped living conditions. Have they wondered where does their mother-in-law sleep for instance? I cannot say anything else about those bastard bankers and their associates and how they eat everyday using money earned by those families as such.

The Shining i-Sinar

Financial literacy among Malaysians should not be made a test since the advent of scammers and their existence in manipulating big investment schemes have proven the latter as enemies to be confronted with. Even the doctors and professionals fell under their spell in promising higher returns in quick-rich schemes which they themselves never knew how to re-pay their investors.

Banks and Telcos also failed to utilise their emergency insurance buffer when their clients could not re-pay and/or pay their credit card loans or bills. Worst, they appointed bastard bill collectors who confiscated assets etc and they are readily adamant to chase away their clients from their homes - an act worse than those bastard scammers who scammed people of their money (for example buying luxurious ships or buildings or bungalows at inflated prices).

In my opinion, when people are already old at the age of 80-90 and above, they become weak and do not need more worldly pleasures like money or assets.

Therefore, i-Sinar is appropriate for those who are in need not because they do not calculate the risk of not receiving higher returns when they reach the age of retirement but because they know by now how to use the money wisely - away from those bastard scammers and some unethical bankers and their associates.

And again, there is still no mention regarding motor vehicles policy for people who are in need of higher quality and cheaper cars - this is because bankers and their associates would never want to reveal themselves who sign the re-possession letters for some cars which have been re-possessed without the knowledge of the owners (as compared to the persons named in the title of the car).

Some people are so obsessed with their qualifications in Oxford University or NASA University (if any), obviously.

Thou the Landlords

Landlords, what happens to you?
========================
It is highly appreciated that banks have given moratorium for the period of six months for house owners and car owners (actually they are not the real owners yet the Banks & financiers are using them as slaves for them to pay for the repayments which includes interests & profits which most of the times vague & oppressing).

However when we see many houses are being charged rent by "owners" who are actually transferring the interest or profits charged to the tenants. Most of the times the "owner" did not give way for them to stay for 6 months for free because they said they did not opt for moratorium or the moratorium is not meant for them.

During difficult times, owners or banks do not really help in the most sincere form and always make the tenants live in "uncertain" and "trembling hearts" for fear of being asked to leave the premise.

Already the conventional or not conventional banks and owners are doing that by way of auctions. They do not see any benefits of retaining such tenants (or slaves to make money for them) in the houses they rent.

You can see during difficult times also landlords are increasing the rental rates due to they said they need more money too.

Well I will not elaborate further because when it comes to money, people can become too obsessed with their power & positions. They forget that there are human beings living in there.

In the name of status quo, there are many units of unsold homes & premises but the banks and owners are readily adamant to chase away tenants who cannot pay their rents or repayments even when they have been given relief by way of moratoriums.

Some people have a bad perception about tenants who they describe as "not intelligent" because they pay rental and lost the chance to own a house under their names because they are renting.

The landlords forget that without these tenants their properties would be empty & they lost a chance to become slaves to the banks as well.

The biggest landlords are the banks. They can easily chase away people who do not pay the rent or monthly repayments.

When I needed a car, those bastard bankers offer me a bike or public transport instead. They forgot about unsold units of homes worth of billions of ringgit they could not sell.

Dear Landlords, what happens to you?

Your exact phrase

To understand how people behave is tremendously upsetting and most of the times their haphazard changes in character and the way they communicate define who they are.

I have a friend who never appreciates time. What he did all this while is to drag the time and extend it the way he "conditions" his wig. I do not know whether my phrase should be a continuous tense or present/ past tenses because I can see the disaster while trying to understand his patterns.

My point is that, when I needed a car for instance, they were people who took it away from me. I call them bastards, even one of those bastards was a Prime Minister.

I was lured to get into registering e-wallet apps in order to get RM30 e-tunai from that particular government who begs to get donations from local and abroad. To my surprise the one who wanted to donate billions of Ringgit to our country was called a "stingy" clan of people. Luckily they do not stink.

Again, my point is that, if I were given money in that way, I cannot be made liable for any connection with that donor or philanthropist because sooner or later, the person who was named Jho Low never knew about his whereabout when he dictated the transfer of money from the Prime Minister's account to my name for example.

You see, when everybody wants to become Prime Minister, this is what's going to happen. The person named Siti Kasim has got her hair more blond than her contact lens (if any) and nobody listened that I really need a car, by way of the Government prescription for the Policy of Cheaper and Higher Quality Cars, which even the Prime Minister has no knowledge about it due this Proton-Geely China's pact (still has got some hickups due to problematic Mandarin Speaking & Looking to East Policy).

My exact phrase is such that, I do not have any interest in anything ever since my car has been "snatched" away from me. And when I read Siti Kasim's Twitter Account, I wonder how she defines Policy for Cheaper and Higher Quality Cars.

Don't ask me why I hate the Prime Minister very much. It has nothing to do with Siti Kasim or whatever. What more can I say when the person who I voted in the GE turned a deft ear about me getting a car. I have no interest in any car especially his brainchild - Proton. Even if I got any car for free.
