Landlords, what happens to you?
========================
It is highly appreciated that banks have given moratorium for the period of six months for house owners and car owners (actually they are not the real owners yet the Banks & financiers are using them as slaves for them to pay for the repayments which includes interests & profits which most of the times vague & oppressing).
However when we see many houses are being charged rent by "owners" who are actually transferring the interest or profits charged to the tenants. Most of the times the "owner" did not give way for them to stay for 6 months for free because they said they did not opt for moratorium or the moratorium is not meant for them.
During difficult times, owners or banks do not really help in the most sincere form and always make the tenants live in "uncertain" and "trembling hearts" for fear of being asked to leave the premise.
Already the conventional or not conventional banks and owners are doing that by way of auctions. They do not see any benefits of retaining such tenants (or slaves to make money for them) in the houses they rent.
You can see during difficult times also landlords are increasing the rental rates due to they said they need more money too.
Well I will not elaborate further because when it comes to money, people can become too obsessed with their power & positions. They forget that there are human beings living in there.
In the name of status quo, there are many units of unsold homes & premises but the banks and owners are readily adamant to chase away tenants who cannot pay their rents or repayments even when they have been given relief by way of moratoriums.
Some people have a bad perception about tenants who they describe as "not intelligent" because they pay rental and lost the chance to own a house under their names because they are renting.
The landlords forget that without these tenants their properties would be empty & they lost a chance to become slaves to the banks as well.
The biggest landlords are the banks. They can easily chase away people who do not pay the rent or monthly repayments.
When I needed a car, those bastard bankers offer me a bike or public transport instead. They forgot about unsold units of homes worth of billions of ringgit they could not sell.
Dear Landlords, what happens to you?
