I change my blog description

I changed the description of this blog today in view of the fact that there are many people who believe that buying a second hand motor vehicle is an answer for obtaining cheaper cars and thus lower cost of fuel consumption. But they forget about maintenance of old cars and thus the depreciation methods used in accounting will differ whilst they fail to see the percentage per year that the car has been used up in its useful economic life. And again stupid bankers will always assume the car is useful for them when the car loan is being re-paid to them every month without fail. But their customers are so much living in agony trying to make ends meet. Some of them eat only porridge because their cars cannot "feed them". In any case, the bankers will force the car to be liquidated for cash. And the clients need to be more "liquidated" to get another cars to replace their "lost" cars. See how your MPs view your budgets when some people just want to change car models from Perdana V6 to Toyota Camry for example; in which case they themselves are so much fake in their desire to have more luxurious cars. Many people are denied of having comparatively cheaper and newer cars. Surprisingly certain countries are exporting their "trashes" to Malaysia as a gesture of Balance of Payment trade off.

Opportunity costs as they say

Economics is very interesting subject but many Professors in Economics only sit on their chairs comfortably because they are very secured of their certifications and recognition.

When I was in college I understood why a lecturer in particular suddenly got angry bombastically because anyone's PhD or Masters can always be confiscated due to one's inability to define opportunity costs in exact terms.

For example, if a restaurant closes shop for 100 days due to change of premiership, which it could earn a nett profit of RM500 per day, how much is the opportunity costs forgone for the sake of renovations? Please be reminded that renovation cost is not capital in nature if it does not change the structure and economic usage of the premises. That means the cost must be included in the book value of the premise in order for it to be termed as capital expenditure.

Many lecturers teaching Economics n accounting are too lame nowadays no wonder why they do not fight for lower prices of cars.

Empty promises

I do not understand why people were voting those who never deliver what they promised.

For example, there is still no free wi-fi zone in the middle of the Wisma Genting here in KL. What radius can it be covered for free internet?

A developed country must have free wi-fi zones.

We are trapped by unscrupulous morons with empty promises. We do not need to wait until someone to be 93 years older to ask for free car and free-of-debt assets. Worse, we are forced to sell our assets for those morons.

Things clear

I do not have anything to say when people around me fail to see that I need a car. Some of them would assume that I just made fun of them when I wrote a letter to certain person in a bank by fax and there was no answer whatsoever via the same media i.e fax or email or official letter from the Bank officers (should be from CEO).

What transpired after that was just annoying WhatsApp and SMS from moron bankers who are too shy I guess to appear in real virtual life because their display images in the WhatsApp for example have got pictures of tigers and some psychotic ladies' photos with spiritual and wisdom quotes (like a wife has been abandoned by her husband for so long to give you hint that she needs a companion sth like that).

There are too many stupid people working in the banks including the Chairman of a Bank who never knows how to get a postcode of address for his own residential house. That is an example.

So just put it this way. Should I ask a cheaper and even free cars from a bunch of ungrateful people who have been trained to re-possess and liquidate other people's assets?

I need to make things clear that I do not believe in anyone of them who are not in the position to give me an answer why a car loan cannot be re-scheduled twice? And when is the first time it was re-scheduled?

Penderma yg tdk pernah ikhlas

Ramai org gah mempamerkan kereta mereka atau gambar kereta di dlm WhatsApp, WeChat dll. Namun muka dia sendiri dia tak pernah nak display sbg display image.

[The above was typed n edited by me. I do not need to translate into any language when it comes to asking for free car if I really had won a prize n those moron bankers n car dealers would always wanted to gain profits out of other people's free gifts. How insincere many donors have become.]

Find the missing snapshot

Brengset btl.

(The above was my post in another media a few days ago. I believe that there are so many people who are so eager to become Ministers by forcing other people to resign or ousted but they end up stuck in the office cannot do a single thing. I would suggest that that person try to translate my article and please find the missing snapshot. We had so many things missing like airplanes and 1MDB money before this. Try to look good is sth that is incompatible with good looking. Try it!).

Fake state

Malaysia has many ports. Those ports can generate more revenue to the country by bringing in better and high quality products and income therefrom. Branded items are the central issue here. Households products, raw materials for construction works and industry, food and edible oils, petroleum etc. are all imported items which are of high quality which must be traded with high quality exports from Malaysia.
My question is that why do we have too many people selling more fake and refurbished items in our country? For example I have seen many people choose to buy AAA standard Rolex and LV watches. They are really attracted to fake items. It is not to mention here that a refurbished car is a fake car but the standard and warranty of the products have varied as to the quality and status even when the embossed brand is still intact.
I have bought an iPhone 6 before. The seller said it was a genuine one much cheaper than buying from a KLCC outlet. Reason being the rental in KLCC was very dear. The seller said so.
Unfortunately when I wanted to sell it off for one "noble" reason (i.e. to find a cheaper car for a friend) the price has dropped from initial RM1,600/- to sheer RM280/- due to its re-furbished origin. And it happenned the same seller told me that whom I approached to find a buyer for me. If it were to be a "genuine one from KLCC outlet", the re-selling price after 1 year of use should be RM1,800 (Original genuine original price was RM4.5k).
I have come across all these technical jargons which are so dumb throughout the years (before PH came into power) and I am still seeing the fake products are still controlling the majority of our households market.
When we want to have a high quality product it must be with expensive price. I was told if I did not have money I must just buy made-in China products and it served me right because I did not have the money (RM 1,800 for a Samsung Edge smartphone). The seller who said that was a snobbish Chinese Malaysian lady (I am not a racist here I am talking about an example how people look down on me no matter what are their race by them standardising/ equalling me to a low quality product from China.)
I guess a China is cheaper and of high quality than those cements imported from a particular country.
I have started thinking the right way all this while noting the fact that people go travel overseas just to buy a genuine Burkin. I understand that.
But people come to Malaysia to bring in fake products (of AAA standards) and majority of us buy those AAAs.
Simple majority is 51%.
Imagine if 2/3 majority of

them are trading AAAs and the buyers are like 99.999% attracted to fake and not branded kinds of products which are not having values. They just love a brand ; a famous brand but the quality and status are not synanymous with the real brand.
Do we need more ports or airports to bring in more AAA products?

Yours not sincerely

Today I am going to write about insincere taxpayers. For the last 2 decades we can see that many people have become rich due to some affirmative actions by governments and previously by tycoons or business-people who came to Malaya to extract her soils and resources. In the name of business ventures, those people with money and capital are hitherto secured living in Malaya under the colonial rules and post-Independence.

Then, there was a "divide-and-rule" way of governing the local people and those who were unfortunate would be discriminated by having to pay for their own houses and foods by working as labors and farmers, miners and there existed clans of businesses who formed cartels by their own accord.

Now we are in year 2018 -  nothing much to do with how many rich people get their wealth. Some bankers are so living like leeches sucking all the blood of people and if they cannot pay their debts, these monkeys (bankers) are adamant to foreclose businesses and sell individual properties.

Some Telcos are becoming like "Ah Long Berlesen" charging all sorts of unfavourable fees and charges to clients who are supposed to get free wi-fi in their zones they are living.

I can see that many taxpayers who are very insincere. For example, when I am studying my business-study cases in the National Library, there would always be people who send me SMSs or calls asking me to pay all my debts. As if I cannot use the facilities in the National Library at all. I have to ask for some money from the Government (now under Pakatan Harapan). This new government is asking for people to donate money to pay RM1 trillion debts. Many people responded by giving some contributions.

In my view, the above donation from the public at large is not the same with taxes paid by people. Nobody wants to pay taxes unless they are protected of their income and living standards. The government fails to collect revenues from taxing people; and now the former wants people to donate instead.

When I wrote a letter (on behalf of a client) for a car loan to be re-scheduled, there was no answer from the most stupidest CEO of a particular Bank. And the staff keep blaming others for their lack of competencies in giving the best services to their clients. And the car has since gone missing under the "radar" of the stupid bankers.

So, I do not think I can proceed writing about the above issue because there are so many stupid people revolving in our circles of corporate world. Majority of them are not sincere in paying taxes. People say that "hot money" cannot last forever. But for me, donations or payments from insincere people are more pathetic so much so that they (the donors and taxpayers) are so jealous of others (esp the poor and the underprivileged) who are receiving/ enjoying their hard-earned money and benefits.

I do not want to see anymore stupid CEOs of Banks who are also insincere donors and taxpayers. What more those who have hidden agendas, ostensibly.

I am quite surprise to see that my result of viewership has increased nearly 3,000 views for my posts in my blog. Nevertheless, I decided to terminate my Facebook account recently due several reasons which I supposed many stupid Bankers and annoying Prime Ministers of many countries found it triggered by my stubbornness to accept their pledge to make a car as not a necessity but rather to accept the fact that buses and MRTs and all sorts of public transport (including Uber and Grab cars) are this millennium's mode of transportation.

I would like  to say here that we are living with all kinds of stupid people who always hungry for power and cronyism. We have seen many of them live in a dynasty-like leadership lifestyle. For example if the father is the PM, the son must become Minister of a state too ; if the father is a politician, the son and daughter must also hold important positions in the cabinets or SLAs. But yet, the price of cars and other essentials are still hiking every year and I wonder what have they done to give comfort to the people who really need a car like me. Surely I do not want to see any more dynasty-like people in this world who are so pathetic in the sense that they fail to see what freedom of speech and fundamental liberty mean to a citizen in a particular country.

Cooking as Theraphy

P/S: I wish to get an award for introducing that all Malaysian kitchens and kitchen-ware must be of high quality. Something like Martha Stewart concepts. Rich and Famous. But the question is how must foreigners or illegal immigrants build their kitchens in Malaysia if they themselves are not rich and famous? Got me?

Being forced to be thankful isn't the same with sincere thankfulness.

Duit Raya berasaskan BR1M
======================

P/S: Wealthy people are so pathetic sometimes. Most of the times they are too arrogant.
