During this pandemic now we can see the hike in delivery fees.
The price of a piece roti canai has increased to RM2.50 and the delivery is RM7.99 for instance.
Is this called to serve the rakyat? They striked a balance to feed the customers and pay the riders and the delivery operators company (including the app founder).
This is what they called business in their own terms. What they forgo is the prices for foods named Giffen Foods.
Ready made foods and fast foods are meant to be manipulated as business deals for them all (no added values along the chains + inflations + not healthy foods due to processed foods and too much use of MSGs and additives).
What kind of business are they doing when the corporate office rental the delivery operators have to pay amounts to more than RM10,000 per month (including commissions to brokers who do not want to be in the picture).
I am very cynical about how people rephrase their mindsets about foods. ‘Once upon a time’, hoteliers sell a plate of Kungfu/ Cantonese Mee at RM21.90. And the chef got paid RM10,000/- per month.
What kind of business are they preaching during the past 3 decades?

So please read my rebuttal at my bio in my ig account.
