BLOOD-SUCKING LANDED PROPERTY PRICES

You may view through mudah.my or other online platforms the prices of landed properties such as single storey terrace houses or semi-D houses, either new or second hand properties - unimaginable and too high for buyers and for current owners, if they are tied with the bank loans, they cannot in any way re-finance their houses due to households’ decreasing income and the new incoming buyers also would never be able to get the loan approved during this credit and coronavirus pandemic.

I term this situation as deadlock in property markets. All this while, bankers would definitely hire people to chase away clients who cannot service their loans on time and they are willing to exercise auctions so that the occupants would be thrown away somewhere else and they are happy if the properties are sold to new buyers (even at lower than market values) because this is one of their unscrupuluos insane ways to enrich the bankers and to “punish” the previous owners who do not have money to repay their loans.

During this pandemic now, there is no mention about reducing the prices of market values of properties - these annoying and bastard bankers and their associates do not have the heart to ask the Real Estate Agencies and their gangs to reduce the prices of house and to look for people who really need cheaper prices of houses and hence - reduced monthly repayment for their houses. No mention about this in the Banks’ Corporate Social Responsibility Statements (CSR). Yes, what they do best is to defer the loan repayments - in terms of loan moratorium the period of which they themselves do not know the length at which the moratorium would end. They have set their minds that the loans should be indefinite so that their businesses could run until the end of time.

Many people are losing income more than 75% during this pandemic, the irony is that why the market values of the houses do not decrease - as the law of demand and supply dictates?

The prices of landed properties and high-rise units also do not correspond to the actual market value and the purchasing power parity of the rakyat.

And yet, the bankers and the politicians are also in a more DEADLOCK situation whether to chase away their rakyat who cannot repay for their stupid bank loans or to let them deported to other places (which landed properties more suitable for the NPL owners of houses?)

More properties are unsold hitherto, worth billions of Ringgit. They still hungry like hell to build more high-end condos or properties - but for whom? Ghosts they have been creating from the Independence since 1957?

And in every festival, those bankers and politicians always wish each other and makan besar (dinner) to celebrate their festivals. Without understanding how important it is for a rakyat to have a home, without any encumbrances (i.e. stupid and bastard bankers, filthy Along Berlesen or without licence and the worst, bloodsuckers).

1 Malaysia, One Malaysia or Malaysian Malaysia? You name them - materialistic and "negara berkebajikan" like hooligans if they wish to oblige.
