Procrastination System
==================
I need to learn from those who are expert in applying the above system when it comes to asking for lower prices or even free gifts (such as RM0.03sen water per cubic meter or a Ferrari for saying thank you).

Like BR1M and
other financial aids, nobody would give you free gifts unconditionally.
Those people who receive it would be labelled as "vulnerable" and
"unable to cope with increasing prices and inflationary effects".
I read from a Magazine a few years ago, that people are not there to
have a sense of boredom and they are not supposed to be bored and there
is no reason for them to be so bored. I don't need to pronounce the name
of the person who said such a statement then.
My question is if I receive a gift like smartphone or sth, do I need to re-pay the price?
Obviously there are many boring people out there as opposed to people who are bored.
